About the Role:

To manage and follow up on all hub-related communications, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently between Customer Service, Account Managers, and Operations teams. The role focuses on problem‐solving, SLA compliance, and maintaining smooth coordination across departments.

Job Responsibilities:

* Manage end-to-end procurement processes for all IT-related requirements.
* Coordinate the receiving and dispatching of maintenance shipments to and from hubs.
* Oversee the distribution of new IT equipment across hubs.
* Maintain accurate asset tagging and ensure proper documentation in internal systems (sheets and portals).
* Monitor asset inventory, ensuring proper stock levels and tracking asset locations.
* Manage vendor relationships, including handling contracts and ensuring compliance with SLAs.
* Collaborate with the finance team to address budget-related matters and support resolution processes.
* Handle business and data line provisioning processes for employees and hubs.

Job Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
* 1–3 years of experience in IT procurement, asset management, or stock management.
* Strong understanding of procurement processes, including purchase requests, vendor coordination, and goods receiving.
* Experience in managing the asset lifecycle, including tagging, tracking, and maintaining accurate records.
* Familiarity with inventory and stock management systems.
* Experience in coordinating with telecom service providers for SIM card management is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, and experience with internal portals or asset management systems.
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple IT-related requests efficiently.
* Knowledge of logistics and shipment handling is an advantage.
