About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Front End Developer to join a dynamic FinTech company based in Newcastle. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting‐edge trading and analytics platforms used by major financial institutions worldwide. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining intuitive and scalable user interfaces that deliver seamless digital experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross‐functional teams, including backend developers, UX designers, and product managers, to translate complex requirements into innovative solutions. Qualifications
* A minimum of a 2:1 degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.

* Familiarity with containerization and orchestration platforms, including Docker and Kubernetes.
* Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and creating engaging interfaces.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and engage directly with end‐users.
* A proactive approach to problem‐solving, ownership, and continuous learning.
* Curiosity about the financial services domain and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
* Previous experience in financial technology or related sectors will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
Responsibilities
