Fairbrother Construction is seeking an experienced contract administration professional to oversee the management of high-value head contracts and subcontracts across various projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for administering key aspects of contract administration, including managing large claim assessments and submitting correspondence in accordance with head contract requirements.
* Proven experience in administering high-value head contracts and subcontracts.
* Ability to effectively manage large claim assessments and submit correspondence accordingly.
* Strong working relationships with project managers and team members.
* Customer-focused approach with positive relationships with clients and their representatives.
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role or tertiary qualifications in contract management are highly regarded.
