The Role
This is a temporary position, working full-time hours. As the face of the organisation, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• Meeting and greeting corporate clients
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Mailroom duties including arranging the courier and delivery process
• Invoicing and general administration support
• Manage office resources
Skills and Experience
• Prior experience in a Corporate Reception position highly regarded
• Exceptional communication skills
• Well-presented and professional appearance
• Warm and engaging personality
• Able to manage a varied workload
