Our production operation spans brewing, fermentation, maturation, filtration and everything in between - including cleaning, cleaning, cleaning.
We're looking for a great person for an entry-level / junior role in our team.
We welcome people who are keen to continue to develop their brewing careers. Some prior experience or brewing education is preferred.
So, if you are an A-grade and you can add even further value to an already A-grade team, read on. As examples, role areas may incorporate elements of the below.
* Fermentation monitoring and management
* Tank cleaning, process cleaning and preparation
* Safe and efficient equipment start-up and operation
* Beer transfers and CIP processes
* Titration, gravities and pH measurements
* General cellar cleaning and equipment care and maintenance
* Yeast handling
* Filtration
* Record keeping, scientific instruments and calculations
* Chemical (cleaning) handling
About you: You're a strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a quality-minded team. You're computer literate, kind-hearted and have great attention to detail.
The details:
* Shifts typically fall between 6am and 7:00pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work
* Remuneration will depend on your experience and includes all the benefits you'd expect from a brewery
* You must be eligible to work in Australia
