The Opportunity
Fostering an inclusive culture is key to Ashurst's vision of being the most progressive global law firm. Inclusion, diversity, and belonging are at the core of our business strategy. As the Senior Inclusion, Diversity and Belonging Manager, you will support the development and embedding of the firm's IDB strategy across the global network, with a focus on the APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing established IDB programmes, such as the firm's IDB career impact programmes
* Developing new programmes to deliver our IDB action plan
* Supporting senior stakeholders, including the CEO and CPO, on key IDB issues in APAC
* Supporting the APAC IDB Manager with networks and leadership management
* Drafting articles and internal updates
* Delivering high-impact, scalable training programs to enhance organizational capacity on IDB
* Working with the People & Culture team to improve diversity data collection for data-driven decision making

Candidate Profile
* Experience leading Inclusion, Diversity, and Belonging initiatives in a senior role, preferably within a global organization
* Exceptional organizational skills, ability to prioritize under pressure, adapt to changing priorities
* Confident and approachable, with ability to influence senior stakeholders
* Strong client service orientation, leveraging networks and industry knowledge
* Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written
