About the role
As a Clinical Trials Assistant you will be responsible for providing essential administrative and clerical support to enable efficient team and clinical trial operations. The role supports regulatory document management, compliance with GCP and national frameworks, and acts as a key liaison with clinical trial sponsors, including support for monitoring activities.
Key responsibilities
* Provide high-level administrative support for the day-to-day coordination of multiple clinical trials, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time.
* Maintain regulatory documentation and compliance requirements in line with ICH-GCP guidelines and CSTU standard operating procedures.
* Support the use of clinical trial databases and management systems, ensuring timely, accurate and verifiable data entry.
* Contribute to a collaborative team environment through effective communication, strong organisation, and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
What we're looking for
* A tertiary degree in science, health care or a related field OR significant administrative experience in a health care facility
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Flexibility to work collaboratively within a team and independently with minimal oversight. Initiative and self-motivation is essential to daily tasks.
* Demonstrated excellent organizational, problem solving skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
* Ability to complete tasks efficiently and deliver outcomes as required, with accuracy and attention to detail.
