* Courier Owner driver positions available offering 3+ year contracts and matching 3+ year competitive minimum revenue guarantee, ensuring both stability and minimum earning security.
* You will need to own a van and if you don't currently own one, our team will support you in selecting the most suitable van to buy.
* Access bespoke finance solutions from our suppliers
* If you do not have courier experience, then that's okay. Sufficient training and support provided by our courier partners.
* Our courier recruitment experts will support, guide and work closely with you ensuring you are setup correctly and ready to drive.
* You'll be supplied with a complete transport kit.
The Work
* Enjoy the open road and work with a variety of business customers day to day, providing last mile courier services.
* Approx. 10 hours of availability per day to collect work is required (Monday to Friday).
* Daily start time is between 7 to 8am
* The majority of work involves Business to Business (B2B) jobs, with a very small portion consisting of Business to Consumer (B2C) jobs.
* Instead of being limited to one or two fixed suburbs or a set territory, you'll have the opportunity to explore a variety of suburbs across your metro area or surrounding regions — offering greater exposure to a wider client base and a refreshing change of scenery each day.
* Opportunity to grow and expand your own fleet of vans & drivers if you have the desire to do so.
The Right Candidate
You will need:
* A suitable van for this work. Please note that not all vans meet our requirements, so we will assess your van accordingly.If you don't own one, we will assist you with purchasing a suitable van.
* To have a C-Class Driver's License.
* To be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
* To have a genuine passion for driving, be motivated and reliable.
