Key Responsibilities
* Lead and develop the team and support the Restaurant Manager with the smooth operations of the restaurant.
* Lead teams, provide clear direction, coaching and support to prepare and serve delicious food and create feel‑good customer experiences through every interaction.
* Use strong business acumen and commitment to continuous improvement to optimise profit, create a positive culture and drive costs down while improving the customer experience and maintaining our high standards.
Requirements
* Expert multi‑tasker who thrives in a fast‑paced environment.
* Demonstrated management experience in the hospitality industry and strong commercial acumen.
* Ability to translate direction into action, lead, inspire and support the crew to be at their best every day.
