Senior Associate / Special Counsel – Commercial Litigation (Sydney | Dispute Resolution) Our Commercial Litigation team is expanding, offering an opportunity for a senior associate or special counsel with a strong background in commercial litigation to join a high‑performing dispute resolution practice.
In this role you will handle high‑profile commercial litigation matters across contract, corporate, property and trade practice disputes, class actions, fraud investigations and government and regulatory inquiries.
You will be responsible for real client exposure, managing complex legal work and building client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Participate in complex litigation, taking leading roles in preparation, strategy and trial.
Advise on contract, corporate, property, trade practice and class action disputes.
Conduct fraud investigations and represent clients in prosecutions and regulatory inquiries.
Collaborate with partners and provide mentorship to junior lawyers.
Qualifications
Experienced solicitor in commercial litigation with successful experience in high‑value disputes.
Strong analytical, communication and negotiation skills.
Motivated to take on responsibility, building client relationships and advancing career.
