Your Role
This Busy Yet Rewarding Role Provides The Opportunity To
* Support injured individuals in their recovery, return to work, and life after injury or illness.
* Deliver a variety of assessments and case management services across diverse customer portfolios.
* Use your clinical expertise to help clients transition back to their pre‐injury roles or explore new employment opportunities.
* Build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other stakeholders to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
* Mentor and support team development while growing your leadership skills.
About You
We're seeking a passionate and driven professional who has:
* Relevant qualifications and professional membership as an Occupational Therapist, Rehabilitation Counsellor, Social Worker, or Registered Nurse.
* Current Police Clearance and Working with Vulnerable People Check.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong time management, problem‐solving, and attention to detail.
* A positive, collaborative attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
