This role reports to the ANZ CFO and supports the ANZ Family Care sales and marketing organization as their primary Finance business partner, focusing on our Family Care Facial brands.
Responsibilities
* Provide insights and analysis, explaining actual performance versus plan, and suggest mitigation and remediation strategies.
* Support the forecasting process for Facial to ensure plans are robust, achievable, and aligned with the category strategy.
* Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, new product launches, and customer/sales activities, including promotion spending and customer terms.
This position offers a great development opportunity, as you will be mentored and supported by an experienced team of Finance professionals. It is a newly created role based in North Sydney.
About You
You should be numerate, analytical, and have a commercial mindset as a Finance business partner. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, along with the ability to collaborate across functions, are essential.
Qualifications and Experience
* A bachelor's degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting.
* 3-5+ years of Finance experience, ideally within FMCG or CPG industries.
* Strong understanding of Gross to Net, business drivers impacting ROI, Revenue Management, and Retailer profitability.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
* Executive presence with facilitation, project management, and change management skills.
