We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a commercial Digital Print Operator. We are keen to find the right candidate with experience in variable data printing (VDP), someone who is excited to join a fast-paced team-oriented environment where quality, customer service and innovation is at the forefront of your mind. You will be confident in operating commercial grade (FujiFilm) toner base and inkjet machinery, you will be at home with printing, matching colour and quality by following strict standards and processes. Carrying out daily machine maintenance, ensure jobs are in accordance with client briefs and expectation is in your blood. Liaising with internal stakeholders across multiple departments is a normal practice for you. Above all, you love what you do and are happy to be part of a tight-knit team and are ready to pitch in when asked.

- Development and maintenance of variable data printing jobs in accordance with client briefs and expectations.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders regarding job briefs and progress.
- Ensure all deadlines are met and stakeholders are kept up to date.
- Maintain quality print output.
- Follow all procedures.
Requirements
- Have ability to problem solve commercial print applications and machine while maintaining composure.
- Have a strong work ethic and self-motivation.
- Possess the ability to prioritise tasks to meet strict deadlines.
- Although not anticipated, be able to adapt to a possible change in hours to suit the needs of our clients.
- Work overtime when requested.
Other Skills & Experience
- Preferred minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in commercial digital printing
- Prefer experience with continuous feed inkjet and dry toner machines.
- Great attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment.
- Experience with, colour, mono and continuous feed printing on FujiFilm devices preferred.
- Mail House experience is highly desirable.
- Current forklift licence favourable but not essential.
