As a Project Officer, you will:
* Deliver strategic and operational projects that advance organisational objectives.
* Apply your expertise to manage project components, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure quality outputs aligned with organisational values.
* Support business improvement initiatives by developing frameworks, tools, and reporting mechanisms that enhance service delivery.
Responsibilities
* Maintain project documentation including plans, registers, reports, and risk logs using established frameworks.
* Conduct research and analysis to inform project decisions, policy development, and service design.
* Monitor progress, identify issues, and recommend solutions.
* Assess and escalate risks, issues, and benefits, contributing to mitigation strategies.
* Coordinate stakeholder engagement with inclusive and culturally responsive communication.
* Support system configuration, data migration, testing, and validation activities.
* Liaise with ICT and HR subject matter experts to resolve issues.
* Assist in developing training materials, user guides, and reference documentation.
* Provide hands-on support during pilot and go-live phases.
* Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes and improve system functionality.
* Support evaluation and post-implementation review activities.
* Ensure compliance with digital, data, and HR policy frameworks.
