About the Role
This position plays a vital part in delivering culturally relevant training that drives personal growth and empowers communities.
You will support the co-design and implementation of a three-year project across Mimal and Warddeken Land Management Corporations in Arnhem Land. This involves delivering hands-on, place-based and strengths-focused training and support through practical, relational and culturally competent training opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver group and 1:1 learning in community-based or non-traditional settings
* Foster inclusive, culturally safe, and trauma-aware learning environments
* Create adaptable facilitation styles to support diverse learning needs
* Built skills, confidence, and employability through practical workshops
Requirements:
* TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
* Experience working with diverse perspectives, knowledge bases, and ways of learning
