About the Role
This role involves ensuring customers are supplied with the correct parts in a timely manner, whilst maintaining high customer service standards at all times on the phone, counter sales and between branches.
Responsibilities:
* Pick parts orders for customers
* Pack goods for dispatch
* Receipt incoming parts orders, branch transfers & external suppliers
* Load and unload incoming and outgoing goods
* Book Couriers both online and by phone
* Greet customers at the counter
* Provide assistance to the Sales Department
* Maintain tidy and organised work environment
* Assembly of sub components in to finished goods
Requirements:
* Drivers licence
* Forklift Licence
* Adequate level of literacy and numeracy skills
* Adequate computer keyboard skills
* Good phone manner
* Ability to present a professional, friendly and approachable image
* Good organisational skills
