About the Role
This role involves ensuring customers are supplied with the correct parts in a timely manner, whilst maintaining high customer service standards at all times on the phone, counter sales and between branches.
Responsibilities:
- Pick parts orders for customers
- Pack goods for dispatch
- Receipt incoming parts orders, branch transfers & external suppliers
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing goods
- Book Couriers both online and by phone
- Greet customers at the counter
- Provide assistance to the Sales Department
- Maintain tidy and organised work environment
- Assembly of sub components in to finished goods
Requirements:
- Drivers licence
- Forklift Licence
- Adequate level of literacy and numeracy skills
- Adequate computer keyboard skills
- Positive phone manner
- Ability to present a professional, friendly and approachable image
- Good organisational skills
