We are seeking a highly organised and accurate professional to fill the role of Service Coordinator. This position combines case management and scheduling, supporting technicians across multiple states.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate and schedule new and ongoing work orders to ensure timely completion and optimal resource allocation.
* Maintain clear communication between clients, technicians, and internal teams to prevent misunderstandings and delays.
* Allocate company resources effectively to meet business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
* Manage workflow accuracy and meet required timeframes by prioritising tasks and managing competing demands.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall performance and productivity.
Requirements:
* Near Sydney-based with ability to work onsite in Guildford.
* Experience in scheduling, coordination, or similar operational roles is essential for success in this position.
* Insurance or construction industry experience is highly regarded, but not mandatory.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are necessary to build strong relationships and achieve business goals.
* Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal supervision.
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of the job.
* A stable work history with two references is a must for this role.
* Intermediate MS Office (Excel & Word) skills are required to manage administrative tasks and reports.
