Join our SCA Melbourne Ad Operations team, where your success is at the heart of everything we do.
What does your day to day look like?
* Maintaining and growing client portfolios within the Direct Business while identifying marketing challenges and collaborating on solutions.
* Own the creation, governance, quality control, and ongoing optimisation of Audience Segments within LiSTNR's CDP (Salesforce Data Cloud), including advertiser data matching and insight delivery.
* Manage the integration and performance of Audience Segments across Ad Tech platforms (Adswizz, GAM, Audiomax/Magnite, Placements), supporting attribution tools (Precision Plus, Veritonic) for Sales and Ad Ops.
* Enable and support podcast monetisation across the LiSTNR network and partners (including Originals, SiriusXM, Diamantina, Audacy), troubleshooting issues and managing onboarding/offboarding.
* Oversee streaming monetisation and campaign performance, including activation of new stations, ad experience quality control across Apps, Web, and Smart Speakers, and management of sales reporting dashboards.
* Support Ad Tech innovation and change, including testing new ad products and platforms, documenting segment data via shared wikis, and partnering with development teams to resolve issues and deliver change management initiatives.
What you'll need:
* 1+ years' experience in digital ad ops / campaign development / project management / Ad tech
* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
* Highly effective negotiator.
* High level of output.
* High level of attention to detail.
