About the RoleOur Reward Advisory Services team is expanding and we're looking for a Director to join our vast community of solvers.
This team brings our purpose to life by supporting the attraction, engagement, and retention of key talent.
We help drive individual and collective discretionary effort and align reward, performance, and business strategy with best practice reward governance and external stakeholder expectations.
We partner with Australia's largest listed institutions and other leading organisations to bring a holistic approach from the initial design stages through to implementation and beyond.You'll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:A demonstrated working history in reward and performance, interpretation of remuneration reporting, numerical data analysis and insights, data cleansing and manipulation, understanding of how pay motivates performance, impact of pay regulation in financial services etc.Previous experience gained in either a Big 4 or professional services environment is desired.You have completed a relevant Tertiary Qualification in Business/Commerce/Economics or Law.The ability to translate complex issues relevant to the stakeholders you are dealing with, including understanding practical considerations associated with the external environment (FS regulation, listing rules, shareholder perspectives).Display a strong client service mindset and experience in dealing with clients across a range of industry specialisations.Have a strong commercial mindset in design and delivery of complex client solutions.In our Rewards and Advisory Team, your impact will be seen by:Developing comprehensive, competitive and justifiable remuneration models.Working effectively with Board-level and C-suite stakeholders.Assessing the effectiveness of executive, general employee and sales and service rewards, including the alignment of such programs with company objectives, corporate strategy, regulatory requirements, market practice and benchmarking.Optimising the reward plans such that they operate efficiently and effectively from an accounting, legal, tax and corporate governance perspective, are competitive in the marketplace and that packages meet shareholder and stakeholder expectations.Designing and delivering projects across a portfolio of clients and industries and looking to add value to our clients through the delivery of reward and performance strategy, design, and implementation advice and services.Ability to drive strong client relationships, grow revenue and market share in core solutions and developing markets.Working within a high performing team and collaborating closely with other parts of PwC whilst working with some of the leading reward advisors in Australia, supporting clients to address a wide variety of areas including executive remuneration; employee reward and performance management; sales and service incentives.Contributing to public commentary and thought leadership regarding better reward and performance practices in the Australian market.Ability to mentor, coach and develop the team.About PwCAt PwC, we are a human-led, tech-powered community of solvers.
