About you:

* More than 10 years of experience in building large-scale services and enterprise software.
* Expertise in databases like SQL, NoSQL, or MongoDB.
* Strong knowledge of DevOps tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or Jenkins.
* Proven experience in designing and developing complex software solutions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.
* Experience mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
* Ability to drive technical excellence and innovation through best practices, code reviews, and architectural improvements.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
