Job Title: Fish Filleter
We are seeking an experienced fish filleter to join our team at Global Food & Wine's Pacific Seafoods facility in Robina. The successful candidate will be responsible for filleting and portion-cutting fish, ensuring high-quality products for our customers.
Responsibilities:
* Filleting/portion-cutting fish
* Quality control
* Packing customer orders
Requirements:
* Minimum of 1 year experience in seafood filleting/processing or packing
* High attention to detail
* Ability to work in a physically demanding environment (chiller)
* Flexibility to work various days (Sun to Fri)
* Be able to work efficiently and accurately
