Job Description
As a Goodstart Educator, you will work alongside Senior Educators and the Educational Leader to craft and enhance exceptional learning programs for children. Your dedication to safety and inclusivity will ensure every child thrives and feels valued in their learning experiences.
Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver engaging early childhood education programs.
* Support children's development and learning across all areas.
* Maintain a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
* Collaborate with the Senior Educator and Education Leader on curriculum and assessment.
* Assist in daily operations and child care tasks.

Qualifications
* Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Current Victoria Working with Children Check.
