We are looking for a motivated and dedicated full-time Assistant Manager to join us in our new venue based in Shenton Park.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead a team that will be focussed on delivering a seamless casual restaurant experience to our customers. Reporting to the General Manager of our store, you will be responsible for leading the team that staff the shop and serve our customers, which will include a restaurant style service and full bar.
Our new venue will be our fourth location to open in Perth and will be our largest so far! Our brand already includes **North Street Store**, **Little Loaf Lunch bar** **and** **Big Loaf Factory Bakery Shop**. The food we produce is simple, wholesome and delicious, made exclusively from local ingredients. **What you will be doing?**
- Opening/closing the store
- Completing the daily checks
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Leading and organising the shift
- Making coffee (we are very, very passionate about this caffeinated nectar) and serving customers at the bar
- Liaising with the other section managers to get their product out into the customer's hands
- Ensuring and managing compliance with company and other policy
- Experience with social media and especially Instagram would be desirable
**Who are you?**
- Proven experience as a manager or supervisor in hospitality. Bar management experience is desirable.
- Hold an approved manager's licence (or willing to obtain) and a valid RSA certificate
- Excellent customer service
- High level of maturity and professionalism
- Excellent organisational skills and a calm, cool head
- Good communication and a team-focused attitude
- Strong leadership qualities and a desire to see your team succeed
- Passion for good food and drinks.
