We’re looking for skilled and passionate butchers to join our Meat Department at FOODWORKS MELTON. If you have experience in meat cutting, customer service, and a dedication to quality, we want you to be part of our team!
Position: Professional ButcherResponsibilities
- Efficiently and safely cut, trim, and prepare a variety of meats, with a strong focus on boning beef and lamb.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their meat selection and offering product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a butcher, meat cutter, or in a similar role.
- Expertise in boning beef and lamb.
- Strong knowledge of meat cuts and handling techniques.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced, busy store environment.
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to quality.
