Key Responsibilities:
* Reporting to the Southern Region Sales Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for valued customers in South Australia.
* Strategic management of volume, price, and product mix to drive business objectives.
* Cultivating strong relationships with customers to deliver exceptional experiences.
Requirements:
Essential Skills:
* At least 10 years' experience in sales, preferably within a technical, light industrial, or manufacturing environment.
* Proven track record in leading sales and/or operational teams in a customer-facing setting.
* Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
* A collaborative style with the ability to influence across teams and functions.
* High-level interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) for planning and reporting.
