About the Role
As a Finance Banking Officer, you’ll play a key role in managing banking administration and account reconciliations. You’ll work closely with both our store network and finance teams, helping ensure accurate processes and timely support.
What You’ll Be Doing
Master the Money Trail: Complete accurate and timely bank reconciliations to keep our financials in check.
Be the Go-To Support: Respond to and resolve banking admin enquiries from our store teams with professionalism and care.
Customer Champion: Handle customer queries quickly and effectively, ensuring a smooth experience every time.
Numbers Navigator: Support reporting and reconciliations to keep our financials on track.
Set Up for Success: Help ensure new store setups run smoothly, with all banking processes ready to go.
Fix What Doesn’t Add Up: Work with internal teams to investigate and resolve reconciliation issues.
What You’ll Bring
Experience with Purpose: Background in reconciliations or admin support that sets you up for success.
