The opportunity
We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Parap Bakery, a well-established bakery located in Parap, NT.
Key responsibilities
* Prepare and bake a variety of breads for wholesale & retail sale
* Assist in the production of our cakes and pastries
* Prepare and finish baked goods for sale each morning
* Work rotating shifts as required by operational needs
What we're looking for
* Formal training or qualification in baking
* Excellent knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, and food safety regulations
* Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently
* The ability to work well with others as well as work independently
* Australian work authorisation required for this position
