Job Overview

The role of the Assistant Financial Controller revolves around overseeing daily finance operations, encompassing accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial process management.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Transform operational insights into comprehensive annual budgets and accurate monthly forecasts
2. Prepare detailed financial reports for stakeholders
3. Contribute to enhancing the resort's financial performance by providing expert analysis and strategic recommendations


Requirements:

* Strong tertiary qualification in Finance and/or Accounting
* A minimum of 3 years' leadership experience in a similar position within a large organization
* Proven analytical mind with exceptional finance acumen
* Experience with PAYG, GST, Payroll Tax, Workers Compensation, BAS preparation, Accounts Payable, and Superannuation
