Private Properties is seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaning Manager to lead cleaning operations across our portfolio of premium South West holiday homes. Established in 1994, we are proud to deliver exceptional guest experiences and uphold high presentation standards for our property owners.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong decision-making skills, and can effectively manage people, priorities and quality outcomes.

About the Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of cleaning operations, ensuring properties are presented to a consistently high standard and services are delivered efficiently and professionally.
Key responsibilities include:
* Planning, scheduling and overseeing all cleaning operations
* Leading, motivating and managing the cleaning team
* Managing staff inductions, training and ongoing performance
* Conducting quality checks and property inspections
* Managing rosters and job allocations to ensure full coverage
* Working with the Operations Manager to improve efficiency, cost effectiveness and cleaning processes
* Communicating clearly with internal teams, guests and property owners

About You
You will bring:
* Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial cleaning or accommodation role
* Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High attention to detail and a commitment to service excellence
* Ability to prioritise and manage a busy workload
* Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience with RMS and ServiceM8 (highly regarded)
