Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance course delivery and assessment.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve learning outcomes.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
* Provide leadership and guidance to the lecturing workforce to enhance their skills and capabilities.
