The Opportunity GR Engineering is seeking a multi-talented/versatile Office Administrator who is a helpful allrounder with a can-do attitude and a passion for precise formatting, with the ability to utilise in house and client style guides and templates. This role works closely with the Office Manager. A typical day will consist of: Formatting reports, studies and general documentation Assisting the Office Manager and office personnel with general administration duties Working independently when necessary, showing motivation and a can-do attitude Coordinating corporate functions Managing reception personnel and screening / answering telephone calls and emails, when required Managing filing of scanned documentation and registers, ensuring accuracy is kept in line with company standards in our document management system What you’ll bring to the team: Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite, in particular with formatting using Developer *essential Good level of accuracy and attention to detail Proven experience in administration A helpful manner with strong organisational skills Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and adhere to deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Able to work well in team environments and with key stakeholders Full and unrestricted Australian working rights *essential What’s on offer: We value you and understand that life happens outside of work.
