We are a well‑established hospitality group operating four premium venues across Brisbane and the Gold Coast, seeking an experienced Function & Events Sales Manager to lead event sales and delivery across multiple venues.
This hands‑on role suits a highly organised, sales‑driven hospitality professional who thrives on client relationships and delivering exceptional events.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage all function and event enquiries from lead to post‑event follow‑up
* Prepare tailored proposals, contracts, and event packages to maximise revenue
* Drive new business, repeat clients, and upselling opportunities
* Oversee end‑to‑end event coordination including menus, run sheets & floorplans
* Act as the main point of contact for clients, & venue teams, working closely with the Executive Chef
* Actively seek business via phone, cold calling, emails, and 'hitting the pavement.'
* Meet KPI's
* Manage group bookings, reservations, and guest experience
* Oversee & assist with office administration, CRM records, invoicing, and reporting
About You
* Proven experience in hospitality events, function sales, or venue management
* Strong sales, organisation, and communication skills. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales person who will drive & create business
* Able to work across multiple venues
* Willing to work, meet clients after hours as & when required.
* Valid driver's licence, own vehicle, and willingness to travel
