- Comfortable working fractionally remotely.
- Based in Melbourne or Sydney (optional, but a plus).

- Manage marketing budgets, forecasting, and reporting to the executive team.
- Collaborate with leadership and operational teams to align marketing with business priorities.
- Advise on marketing tech stack, data, and analytics for better decision-making.
- Provide hands-on leadership while empowering in-house teams and agencies.
