A Glimpse into Your Day:
As the first point of contact for the service department, you will be the crucial link between our customers and our workshop. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Provide a warm, professional welcome to customers in person, by phone, and via email.
* Use your expertise to listen to customer needs, accurately document vehicle concerns, and clearly explain recommended services and repairs.
* Manage service bookings, coordinate with the workshop team to ensure timely progress, and keep customers informed every step of the way.
* Skillfully handle inquiries and feedback, turning challenges into opportunities to build lasting relationships and trust in our brand.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
* A genuine "customer-first" attitude and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse range of customers.
* A strong foundation in automotive service advising or a mechanical trade qualification (or be in your 4th year).
