Marketing Campaign Manager
The Marketing team is responsible for ensuring Youthworks Ministry Teams are competitive in their respective markets. They design and implement marketing campaigns that leverage the latest trends and are true to the ministry team's mission.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this role will execute marketing campaigns across all channels and assist the Head of Marketing in developing a comprehensive marketing strategy.
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring all marketing campaigns are completed on time and to a high standard.
* Designing and executing digital marketing campaigns using marketing automation software.
* Managing SEO/SEM processes and making changes as needed.
* Working with the Creative Lead to design and assemble marketing collateral across all channels.
* Ensuring consistency across all materials created and produced in accordance with the brand guidelines.
* Assisting in market research processes and procedures.
* Organising and preparing marketing opportunity events and conferences.
Requirements:
This role requires:
* A university degree in marketing or a relevant field, or 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Experience in creating/managing marketing campaigns.
* Proven knowledge in SEO/SEM processes.
* Knowledge and experience in Apple Computer products and Adobe Creative Cloud.
* Current knowledge of social media platforms.
* Knowledge and skills in website management.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and set deadlines.
* Well-developed written and verbal communication skills with a focus on customer service.
* A personal Christian faith and willingness to work within an Anglican organisation.
