This key role works as part of a multi-disciplinary team, focusing on family connection and empowerment. The primary goal is to identify family needs and provide early intervention support, especially for those at risk of escalating challenges.
Our approach centers around helping families enhance their interaction dynamics with children, build confidence in parenting, and develop self-care strategies. We also facilitate access to essential services like maternal and child health appointments, kindergarten, and regular school attendance.
Parents are supported in building stronger social connections through peer support groups, while schools and health services receive tailored training and resources to effectively engage with families facing early challenges.
