About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to strengthen our brand's positioning and drive growth.
This role involves analyzing market insights and trends, developing and executing marketing plans, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business results.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create a long-term strategic vision for the brand.
* Lead integrated, cross-functional teams focused on consumer needs and insight to drive the brand forward and impact overall brand & business growth.
* Partner cross-functionally with product teams, merchandising, marketplace, and in-market teams to ensure product & consumer are at the forefront of all strategic planning and execution.
* Enhance current portfolio and improve in-market and business performance through brand planning.
* Work with sales teams to define brands and ensure adequate sales materials and promotional schedules/activations are in place to enhance brands.
* Champion brands within the organization, driving brand education/profile, upholding alignment to core brand proposition, and driving brand equity.
* Drive brand-related new product development (NPD) with overall responsibility for new lines in market, including launch, activation, and range support through retailer review periods.
* Collaborate with agencies to develop and execute annual marketing plans.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Commerce.
* 3-5 years of FMCG marketing experience, ideally with a focus on NPD and innovation.
* A track record in Brand Marketing with strong commercial acumen.
* Strong project management skills.
* Proven ability to lead across advertising and storytelling, preferably within the packaged goods industry, and drive the NPD pipeline.
