In this role, you'll be at the heart of creating memorable shopping experiences - delivering exceptional service, offering personalised style advice, and making every customer feel valued.
You'll thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment where your ability to connect with people and drive results will shine.
From assisting customers in finding their perfect pieces to managing high-volume stock and ensuring our products are beautifully presented and easily accessible - your impact will be felt in every corner of the store.This role is a permanent part-time position offering 20 hours per week.You'll excel in this role if you enjoy:Be a role model for your team, lead by example and cultivate a customer-first culture.

You'll stay agile and focused during busy trading periods, maintaining high standards under pressure and turning challenges into opportunities.Work closely with the team to keep the store looking its best.
Execute merchandising strategies and create engaging product displays that draw customers in and reflect the brand's aesthetic.Partner with the management team to shape and implement strategies that elevate customer satisfaction, boost sales, and optimise overall store performance.What you'll bring to Oroton
