The role
Adminstration and Accounts Assistant/Reception
Our manufacturing business is seeking an energetic, self‐motivated and confident team member to support and assist our sales/accounts team.
The employment is a full‐time position - starting immediately.
Responsibilities
- Greeting clients and providing customer service through the showroom
- Supporting fellow staff members
- Managing incoming phone calls and emails
- Maintaining electronic diaries, meetings, and staff movements
- Providing administration support to Sales, Estimating & Accounts Team
- Maintaining the appearance of the showroom and meeting rooms
Qualifications and Requirements
- Interactive personality, well presented, helpful and courteous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi‐task, be well organized and work in a fast‐paced workplace
- Ability to adapt & learn
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (compulsory)
- Experience in MYOB (preferable)
- Experience in the building industry would be advantageous
- Can work well in a team environment
Benefits
Growth, training and development opportunities and an hourly rate between $30 to $36 per hour plus superannuation for the successful candidate.
