Role Description
This position involves designing novel systems, services, and interfaces, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure solutions are viable and consistent.
* Designing New Systems, Services, and Interfaces: Develop innovative solutions that meet project and business requirements.
* Troubleshooting Technical Issues: Work closely with functional and non-functional testers to identify and resolve technical problems.
* Collaboration: Collaborate with teams to resolve issues and ensure solutions are consistent and viable.
* Technical Design Artefacts: Create and manage technical design artefacts, including requirement specifications, data mapping, diagrams, and flowcharts.
* Requirement Analysis: Develop, analyse, prioritise, and organise requirement specifications for vendors and testers to follow.
Must-Have Qualifications:
* Systems Analysis and Integration: Proven experience in systems analysis, integration, and troubleshooting, with exposure to various workflow applications.
* API Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of APIs, SOAP web services, and other integration services is a plus.
* UI Interacting Systems: Experience working with UI interacting systems.
* Lending Systems Experience: Experience working across lending systems.
