This is 12 months maximum term contract.
Reporting to the Employee Experience Operations Lead, the Employee Experience Coordinator will provide professional and customer service focused generalist Employee Experience support and services to associates and management of Honda Australia to ensure company compliance and achievement of company strategy.
This role also assists with a range of Employee Experience operational activities across the organisation and contributes to their improvement and development where possible.
Reporting & Administration
Coordinate or support the preparation of EX documents, reporting and presentations.
Promote effective use of the HR systems and ensure systems are up to date.
Support Onboarding & Offboarding processes.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Support the end-to-end recruitment process ensuring a professional and memorable candidate experience for all new Associates.
Policy, Procedures & Compliance
Assist in ensuring compliance with Agreements, Modern Awards and company policies/procedures by keeping up to date with government, industry and legislative changes.
Promote policies and procedures consistent with the requirements of EX objectives.
Project Support & Coordination
Support the development, implementation and promotion of EX projects and initiatives.
Support and coordinate a range of department projects and initiatives as required.
Assist in the delivery of Associate training and presentations as required.
Advice & Generalist Support (including WorkCover)
Provide generalist HR advice and support in the delivery of daily Employee Experience operational and strategic activities.
Use relevant Agreements, Policies/Procedures and Legislation to provide efficient and timely advice to the Organisation on all HR related matters.
Provide support and assistance to Associates through counselling and coaching using appropriate methods in line with Policies and Procedures.
Act as RTW Coordinator and manage Workcover claims (preferably).
What you will bring to Honda
HR experience within a dynamic and fast paced office environment.
Tertiary Qualifications in HR or a related discipline is an advantage.
Well-developed knowledge of, and experience in the application of contemporary HR Procedures and Practices.
Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously.
High level of attention to detail.
A proactive, professional, and customer-focused approach with the ability to influence and negotiate effective outcomes and contribute to a team environment.
