Pro Kinetics Australia provides innovative supply chain management services specifically directed at Australian imports and exporters who are seeking optimisation of their international supply chain. They are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, Customer Logistics Coordinator to join the team in a full-time role. The successful applicant will join an exciting, and quickly expanding team located in South Melbourne.
You will be working alongside a supportive team to coordinate and manage the end-to-end import and export process for air and sea freight shipments of our key stakeholders.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end import and export process for air and sea freight shipments.
- Liaise with stakeholders, internal and external.
- Coordinate bookings with hauliers, shipping agents, airlines and couriers.
- Compile commercial data in system and coordinate clearance process with Customs Broker.
- Respond to customer queries and requests.
- Maintain documentation, databases and software.
- Assist with any end-of-month related processes i.e., customer billing.

**ABOUT YOU**:
- Experience within the freight forwarding industry, import and export (air and sea freight).
- Experience with compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Experience with WHS compliance.
- Experience in working in a customer centric time pressured environment.
- Intermediate Microsoft office experience including Excel.
- Experience with Cargowise software.
- Experience with ICS software.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- High level of understanding of freight operations.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
