Industrial Process Optimization Expert
We are seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join our team in Sydney.
This hands-on role involves collaborating with operations, maintenance, and engineering teams to identify process inefficiencies, improve plant reliability, and contribute to capital projects.
* Promote a strong safety culture through proactive engagement.
* Support operations in problem-solving, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions.
* Design and implement best practice processes and systems.
* Perform risk assessments in compliance with industry standards.
* Facilitate maintenance analysis to drive reliability improvements.
* Lead continuous improvement and plant optimization projects.
* Manage plant control of change systems.
A degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or equivalent) is required.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a manufacturing environment is desired.
