The Role
As a Carpenter, you'll be involved across all stages of residential construction—from initial framing through to final handover. You'll work on a variety of projects, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality carpentry across residential builds, renovations, and extensions
* Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
* Work collaboratively with project managers, designers, and other trades
* Maintain tools and equipment in safe working condition
* Uphold site safety standards and procedures
* Mentor and support junior carpenters and apprentices
About You
You're a skilled and reliable Carpenter who takes pride in your work and enjoys being part of a team.
To succeed in this role, you will have:
* Proven experience as a Carpenter
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
* Solid problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
* Experience using a wide range of hand and power tools
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively
* A strong focus on workplace safety
* A positive, "can-do" attitude and strong work ethic
* Full driver's licence and reliable transport
* Full working rights in Australia
