Supply Chain Administrator - Spare Parts
Epson Australia is a world leader in the printer and imaging market, with leading shares in many segments of the ANZ market.
We are now seeking a customer focused person to support our Spare Parts Supply Chain team for 8 months whilst one of our team members goes on maternity leave.
This diverse role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
* Create, update, and maintain master data and Bills of Materials (BOMs) in SAP and other supply chain systems.
* Coordinate import documentation and customs clearance processes, including the creation of inbound deliveries and shipments.
* Code and process supplier invoices for payment.
* Manage customer enquiries by providing accurate ETAs on request.
* Oversee inventory management and investigate stock discrepancies.
* Work closely with Service and Dispatch teams to ensure spare parts are dispatched on time and in full.
* Allocate spare parts to urgent sales orders as required.
To be successful, you will have:
* Experience working in a similar Supply Chain role
* An understanding of logistics
* Knowledge of ERP systems, ideally SAP
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
* Strong numerical skills
* An excellent eye for detail
* Good verbal and written English skills
* A positive & mature mindset
