Key Responsibilities

To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A trade equivalent qualification in Civil Construction or relevant experience.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
* Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
* A current Victorian Driver Licence or state equivalent.
