As RACT continues to transform and create more value for Tasmanians, we have a unique opportunity for someone to join our team for an 8‐month contract as a Senior Business Analyst for our Contact Centre Solution project. This hands‐on role will play a key part in supporting our transition from Genesys on‐prem to Genesys Cloud and will build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to define and document business processes and support this project through to completion and embedment.
Successful candidates will have
* Demonstrated experience as a business analyst supporting business transformation, digital and/or system implementation projects.
* Significant and demonstrated experience in BPMN and requirements documentation (epics, user stories and acceptance criteria).
* Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software for business analysis (e.g. Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, Confluence).
* Demonstrated ability to adapt to change, make critical decisions under pressure, and lead teams through ambiguity and uncertainty.
* Analytical mindset with a focus on problem‐solving and a commitment to delivering high quality outcomes on time and within budget.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesise and present complex information into formats that resonate with the target audience.
* Prior experience with Genesys is highly desirable.
