**Micro Space Merchandiser - Permanent
**About the Role
We currently have two opportunities for an experienced Micro Space Merchandiser to join our Micro Space team. As a Micro Space Merchandiser you will be responsible for establishing a collaborative partnership with category managers, where you will demonstrate excellent communication and influencing skills paired with your drive to continuously improve our customers shopping experience, category performance results and keeping maintenance simple for our stores. This role presents a great opportunity as you will be:

You will be part of the exciting journey of transformation within the Micro Space team, as we introduce new capabilities and data-driven innovation to achieve our strategy of offering a localised range to every community in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Demonstrating expertise in our Merchandise Guidelines
- Creation of category-specific planogram templates, ensuring the four pillars of Woolworths merchandising guidelines are reflected in the output: Shopability, Strategy, Simplicity, Safety
- Ensuring regular adherence to review timelines in collaboration with various stakeholders including commercial and optimisation
- Manage day to day relationships with all relevant stakeholders, ensuring a high level of collaboration is developed and maintained across the business
- Provide Micro Space insights and recommendations to buying partners with quantitative data to validate commercial viability and evaluate impact from a visual and operational perspective
- Focus on continuous improvement and identification around areas of opportunity
**About you
**You will have a clear understanding of Merchandising Guidelines and how to unlock continuous improvement and will be comfortable in the creation of category-specific planogram templates.
Using your strong communication skills you will also ideally:
- Have experience at influencing stakeholders to achieve business goals
- Be proficient in administrative systems (such as SAP and JDA that manage data in addition to software suites such as Google and Microsoft)
- Have strong time management skills
