You would be responsible for overseeing the front of house team and managing the day-to-day operations of one or more restaurants located in a boutique hotel environment.

This position requires a Hospitality Diploma or equivalent qualification, along with a minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, commercial awareness, and good wine knowledge.
