About the Role

* Cultivate strategic partnerships with judicial officers, the Principal Registrar, and key stakeholders
* Collaborate with registrars statewide to ensure flexible resource deployment and service excellence
* Contribute to policy development and represent the registry on high-level committees and working groups

You'll act as a critical link between local registry operations and central Operations Management, providing strategic insights and driving consistent, high-quality service delivery across the state.

About You

* Proven ability to build trust with key stakeholders including judicial officers and government agencies
* Experience managing resources effectively and implementing systems for continuous improvement
* Ability to interpret and apply legislation within complex operational environments
* Sound knowledge of court practices and procedures, or demonstrated ability to rapidly acquire and apply such knowledge

What's on Offer

* Meaningful work supporting the administration of justice
* Lead a dedicated team of professionals in a respected institution
* Comprehensive orientation and ongoing professional development
* Competitive ASO7 remuneration package ($108,109 - $116,864 pa +12% Superannuation)
* Supportive leadership team and collaborative culture

Special Conditions

* Appointment under the Courts Administration Act 1993. Terms and Conditions of employment are governed by the Public Sector Act 2009.
* Appointment is dependent upon a current National Police Certificate that the CAA finds satisfactory.
